Yoshi’s 7 Tips for Plexus Success
1. Consistency: Use the products every day! We are all guilty of forgetting, getting too busy, or just plain not making it a priority. The thing is, if you use your products consistently they WILL work for you! Everyone’s results vary, but if you don’t give yourself your best shot, you will never reach your full potential!
2. Too Much Too Soon: This one is personal for me. Don’t change too much too soon. It is easy to have a burst of motivation and start eating nothing but turkey bacon and salads with grilled chicken, until you cheat for the first time. When that inevitably happens (because Plexus isn’t a miracle powder that overpowers the incredible human ability to love foods that are bad for us) you will feel even more guilty because you are cheating on not only Plexus, but a diet, your goals, maybe a workout plan, and who knows what else. Plexus is designed to work with your body naturally, so there is no need to make major changes right away in order for the product to do its job. Do things slowly. Plexus is a tool. NOT a magic wand. I am here as a support system and will help in any way I can. Use me, and know that it took time to develop whatever problem you are using Plexus to help, and it’s going to take time to correct it.
3. Water, Water, Water: Plexus or not, it’s the healthy thing to do to drink half your body weight in ounces of water every day. This makes a ton of sense when you think about how much of your body is made of water. By just following this one tip, you could see relief in your symptoms, and by adding Plexus, you have improved your chances even more!!
4. Listen to your body: Now when I started Plexus, I was drinking at least 3, sometimes as many as 5 diet sodas a day. I can completely pay for my product by not going to the gas station every time I am going to or leaving work. That money adds up!! After about a week on Plexus, I wasn’t even craving the soda, or the coffee, or the fried/fast food anymore. I wanted salad, veggies, and red meat. I had cravings for all sorts of foods that were normally just what I ate in order to get dessert before Plexus. You may not have the same experience, but Plexus will change your body. Listen to it! Make sure you are getting that soda because you want it, and not because it’s what you always get. We are creatures of habit, and those habits are hard to break, but in order to see a difference, you have to make a change!
5. COMMIT: Don’t start with the expectation that the product is going to fail. Just because you aren’t becoming a vegetarian at the same time doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try to curb some of those bad habits. Grab a water instead of a soda, try bringing a packed lunch instead of going for fast food. Small adjustments that can be the difference between starting your journey on the road to Plexus Success, and spinning your wheels at the turn off. In order to see change, you have to make changes. If you continue doing what you have always done… you’ll get what you have always gotten.
6. NON-Scale Victories: When I started my Plexus journey I had already done massive amounts of research on this product. I knew I would be eager to see results, and wanted to give it a fair shot. I didn’t want to stalk the scale waiting to see a change. DON’T do it! You would be surprised how much numbers can lie to you. I promised myself that I would stay off the scale for the first 6 weeks. Before I ever stepped on the scale I went from a tight 14 pants to a loose 13 (and in skinny jeans no less!) I switched from a Large (sometimes, more often that I like to admit an Extra Large) to a Medium shirt. My body was changing, and that wasn’t the only indicator. I was sleeping better, keeping a steady energy level throughout the day, without the need for an afternoon nap, and most importantly for me I am able to concentrate. Since I have struggled with ADD pretty much my whole life that is HUGE for me. Remember that your Plexus Success is not centered around the number on the scale. Fat is less dense than muscle and takes up WAY more room than muscle does without adding as much weight to your body. You can have completely non weight related victories. Give yourself credit where credit is due!
7. See yourself as an investment: Okay, this is the last one, and maybe the most important… Too often we spend all of our time working to better other people’s lives. We do it at work, at home for our wonderful families, and even on holidays for those we don’t get to see as often. I know I forget to do things for me, and I’m betting you do too. See Plexus as the first step in the process of seeing YOU as an investment. There are dozens of ways you can invest in yourself and I know Plexus is one of them. I believe in the product enough to say that. YOU are worth it!! Make sure that you believe that. With all of life’s responsibilities that can seem daunting on a day to day basis, remember this one thing and know that what you are investinginto your Plexus Journey, you will get it back!
