Phase 2: After the new Ambassador has completed the assigned tasks in Welcome Letter.  Follow-up within a week of sending the Welcome Letter if they have not communicated that they are ready for the one-on-one training.

☐  Communicate that it is okay to work this business before you feel knowledgeable about the products and business.  The fastest way up the learning curve is to jump in and start doing it!   Work it part-time, but not sometimes…CONSISTENCY IS KEY!!
